Whether plain poured concrete or faced with flagstone, slate or brick, the underlying base of each wall is high PSI concrete for stability and durability.  Stone is embedded into the concrete for permanent, secure bonding.

Each wall is built on a concrete foundation below the frostline for this area.  Taller walls will contain iron rebar for added strength.
